Do you find yourself stuck in the head, constantly analysing and thinking?

As modern women a lot is expected from us and we expect a lot from ourselves. We are constantly multitasking, managing other people’s emotions and having to bring many things under one roof. Unfortunately, things are bound to become overwhelming; and, at the end of the day we don’t know how to cope with it all. We feel burnt out, empty, unhappy and depressed…wondering, what now?

How heightened is your sense of intuition and pleasure?

How deep is your relationship with nature and sexuality?

All the above questions eventually led me to the notion of the sacred feminine. Throughout my past, I never really thought about what this meant. No one taught me as a young woman about the treasure that hides behind this ancient knowledge.
My femininity was shaped and „deformed“ by different influences and systemic conditioning.

Back then, femininity meant being always strong, not showing weakness, moving on, not having to seek help from others, etc… I was very much stuck in a male principle; recognized and honored in our western society today. I was programmed for performance and independence in a system that gradually burned me out as a woman, more and more, without me actually realizing it.

I wasn’t at all anchored in myself and couldn’t connect with or feel my body. Things on the outside seemed to work well. I loved my job, had a nice apartment and enjoyed life. Still, somehow I was missing out on something, I felt it.  I was afraid to let go, to be soft and vulnerable, completely cut off from my femininity and intuition. It was hard for me to drop into my creative sexuality and fully experience it. It was difficult to feel my whole body and open up to a friend or a partner.

I wanted to just be, and couldn’t.

Gratefully, my journey led me to learn about the sacred feminine where I got to study, experiment and play with a number of tools and methods of healing. I dove deeper & deeper, learning, practicing and healing. Eventually, I was able to experience a deep cosmic connection and gradually found those feelings and meanings I was longing for.

And, I can tell you this…it is pure Magic!

You are able to immerse yourself into frequencies you wouldn’t have dreamed of! You feel centered, while finding answers and solutions. You are in tune with your body, your sensuality and your sexuality.
